The Academy Center of the Arts’ Board of Trustees and Staff invite you to the 2021 Academy Gala, featuring a full weekend of fundraising events, held September 17-19, 2021, in celebration of your local arts center. Join us on Saturday, September 18, 2021, for the annual Gala Dinner as we gather, dine, and celebrate the local arts in our community.
In celebration of the 2021 Gala, the Academy Center of the Arts will temporarily close the section of Main Street in front of the Historic Academy Theatre to host an exclusive dinner on the street. Enjoy food from Avenue Foods Catering, complimentary drinks, an auction, and entertainment by local performers throughout the evening. This event will celebrate the Academy, local arts, and support our mission of serving the community through arts & culture.

Please note that this is a combined indoor and outdoor event. Dress is semi-formal and comfortable. In the event of inclement weather, all activities will be moved indoors.

Guest Check-in and Auction Registration Opens
Cocktail hour featuring live music, a silent auction, and complimentary beverages begins. Enjoy (or participate!) in various arts activities on-site, featuring and highlighting the numerous arts-offerings the Academy offers to our community.

Limited tickets are available to this premier event. Individual tickets may be purchased at the rate of $200.00 per person.
All tickets include:
- Admission, food, and beverages to the outdoor dinner on Main Street
- Participation in the auction and scholarship appeal
- Seats in the Historic Academy Theatre for performances from local artists and organizations
