About the Show:

 

With precise musical detail, exceptional vocals and harmonies, vintage and replica instruments and costumes, and whimsical crowd interaction…AbbeyRoad is truly cross-generational appealing to fans from 5 to 90.

 

With over 100 known Beatles classics AbbeyRoad brings a wide variety of crowd-pleasing hits. You can expect to be singing and clapping, and sometimes starring with the band members on stage!

 

From “I Wanna Hold Your Hand” to “Let It Be”, AbbeyRoad will take you back in time from the beginning of the Beatles career to their finale. 

 

This show will be performed at 6:00PM and 8:30PM on-site in the Historic Academy Theatre. Patrons may also purchase a ticket to livestream this performance at 6:00PM virtually.

 

Please note, should local or state regulations change at any point, that this show may be rescheduled or canceled to adhere to said regulations.

Age Requirement

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for this performance unless otherwise stated. All ages are welcome.

Camera Policy

Videography and audio recording during the performances are prohibited. Photography of the set on stage is allowed pre-show, post-show, and during intermission. But we do ask that you show our designers and visiting performers some love by crediting them (and by tagging us) in your social media posts.

Doors Open

Our lobby doors open 60 minutes prior to show time. House doors open 30 minutes prior to show time for seating.

Inclement Weather

All indoor performances scheduled at the Academy Center of the Arts normally take place as planned unless otherwise stated.

Parking

Parking is available on-site and throughout downtown Lynchburg. The parking map above shows all of the free public and paid parking available. In addition, street parking is also available on most streets.

Please note: If attending an event or performance after 5pm or on weekends, Lot 2 (Pacific Life Lot) and Lot 12 (Regional Business Alliance) are free and open to for public use. We suggest utilizing these lots, which are closest to the Academy Center of the Arts and within walking distance.

Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for purchased tickets.

Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Our delivery methods are as follows:

Will Call: Tickets will be held at “will call” at the Box Office up to one hour before the show.

Print at Home: This option allows you to print your tickets at home or access them on a mobile device via email.

Regular Mail: For an additional fee, your tickets will be mailed to you ahead of the event.

Box Office Pick Up: You may stop by our Box Office, Monday through Thursday & Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, or Friday   12:00pm – 8:00pm, and have us print your tickets for you.

Tickets held at “will call” that are not picked up by the beginning of the show may be re-sold at the discretion of the Box Office staff.

All tickets for this show will be sold through academycenter.org and our ticketing system. Please do not use third-party resellers, as we do not contract with them. Should you use a reseller, the Academy Center of the Arts will not be liable for any issues with your purchase.

All ticket sales are subject to a Historic Theatre Restoration Fee and credit/debit card processing fees.
