Due to the rise in Covid cases in our area, the Academy Center of the Arts requires that all students participating in our classes regardless of vaccination status wear a mask while on our campus. All staff are required to wear masks while on site regardless of vaccination status.
Investigating the surface through material studies, clay science, and experimentation. Open to all skill levels. “Further your understanding of clay as a raw material to a realized object.”
Tuition includes a 25 lb. bag of clay and glaze and firing costs.

Ted is Director of the Visual Arts Program at the Academy Center of the Arts, which includes the management of the May Carter Pottery Studio. Ted has been working in clay for 30 years.
