Doors open at 5:30 PM for our VIP guests to encounter the exceptional as you experience custom design decor in the exclusive VIP access areas by Max & Dexter Event Design. You will also be greeted with a special champagne toast upon your arrival.
Your VIP admission also grants an intimate event experience to the fashion aficionado, with heavy hors d’oeuvres catered by Blackwater Creek Catering, leading to seating on the remarkable stage of the Historic Academy of Music Theatre.
When you select your hub for the night from first and second row stage seating, you are guaranteed to experience the art of fashion up close and personal. Following the stage presentation, you will be escorted to the exclusive post performance reception in the private Hall of Legends.
Through the length of the reception, take a moment to meet and greet with the designers and models of the night, and end the night having experienced the best in what our region offers for the fashion connoisseur.
Doors open at 6:00 PM as you introduce yourself to Central Virginia Fashion Week as a true connoisseur of fashion. Commence the occasion by walking our red carpet, taking advantage of our photo opportunities. Directly after you can secure your in-house seating, located inside of the prestigious Historic Academy of Music Theatre.

Parking is available on-site and throughout downtown Lynchburg. The parking map above shows all of the free public and paid parking available. In addition, street parking is also available on most streets.
Please note: If attending an event or performance after 5pm or on weekends, Lot 2 (Pacific Life Lot) and Lot 12 (Regional Business Alliance) are free and open to for public use. We suggest utilizing these lots, which are closest to the Academy Center of the Arts and within walking distance.
All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for purchased tickets.
Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Our delivery methods are as follows:
Will Call: Tickets will be held at “will call” at the Box Office up to one hour before the show.
Print at Home: This option allows you to print your tickets at home or access them on a mobile device via email.
Regular Mail: For an additional fee, your tickets will be mailed to you ahead of the event.
Box Office Pick Up: You may stop by our Box Office, Monday through Thursday & Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, or Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm, and have us print your tickets for you.
Tickets held at “will call” that are not picked up by the beginning of the show may be re-sold at the discretion of the Box Office staff.
All tickets for this show will be sold through academycenter.org and our ticketing system. Please do not use third-party resellers, as we do not contract with them. Should you use a reseller, the Academy Center of the Arts will not be liable for any issues with your purchase.
All ticket sales are subject to a Historic Theatre Restoration Fee and credit/debit card processing fees.
