Giant Halloween Masks
Join instructor Stephen Kissel for a spooky session of mask making this October! Students will design and create their own ‘big head’ papier-mâché masks using a variety of materials.
Stephen Kissel
Stephen Kissel is an illustrator and cartoonist living in Lynchburg, VA.
He makes illustrations, comics, and character work for a variety of clients and has been published previously by Pink Clover Press, Aww Magazine, Milk & Honey and Grilled Cheese Magazine. He is also the Academy in Motion Manager here at the Academy Center of the Arts. When not making things, he might be found searching for the perfect bagel, buying too many books, or spending time with his wife and pets.
