Lynchburg Dance Connection’s 4th annual showcase, Back to School, will feature over 200 dancers, performers, creators, studios, teams, and dance crews from the Central Virginia area. Routines will highlight school themes such as Show & Tell, Through the Years, Dress Code, Gameday, Detention, Graduation, and more!
Lynchburg Dance Connection’s showcase aims to unify the dance and performance community here in Lynchburg and the surrounding areas. So often in this profession, dancers in the same community compete against one another in regional and national competitions, so we are continuing to encourage a positive environment binding together what makes each group unique with zero competition in a safe and shared space. The diversity in this community is what makes each group unique and we are excited to bring everyone back together again for a night to celebrate each other and the one thing we all have in common, Dance. The evening will conclude with High School and College Senior Scholarships being distributed at random.
