The Academy Center of the Arts invites you to join us on Saturday, March 30, 2019, from 12:00pm – 1:30pm in the Joy and Lynch Christian Warehouse Theatre for Lunch with Lulu Miller of NPR’s Invisibilia!
Lulu Miller is a Peabody-Award winning science reporter for National Public Radio. She is the co-founder of NPR’s Invisibilia, and a founding producer of Radiolab. She reports on disability, mental health, and occasionally, on insects. She is currently at work on a book about taxonomy and when collecting becomes madness.
We are selling a limited number of tickets to this exclusive event, featuring a catered lunch and a seat to Lulu Miller’s keynote speech during the Create Virginia Conference.
Doors to the theatre open at 11:30am. Lulu begins at 12:00pm.

Parking:
Parking is available on-site and throughout downtown Lynchburg. The parking map above shows all of the free public and paid parking available. In addition, street parking is also available on most streets.
Please note: If attending an event or performance after 5pm or on weekends, Lot 2 (Pacific Life Lot) and Lot 12 (Regional Business Alliance) are free and open to for public use. We suggest utilizing these lots, which are closest to the Academy Center of the Arts and within walking distance.
Ticketing Policies:
All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for purchased tickets.
Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Our delivery methods are as follows:
Will Call: Tickets will be held at “will call” at the Box Office up to one hour before the show.
Print at Home: This option allows you to print your tickets at home or access them on a mobile device via email.
Regular Mail: For an additional fee, your tickets will be mailed to you ahead of the event.
Box Office Pick Up: You may stop by our Box Office, Monday through Thursday & Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, or Friday 12:00pm – 8:00pm, and have us print your tickets for you.
Tickets held at “will call” that are not picked up by the beginning of the show may be re-sold at the discretion of the Box Office staff.
All tickets for this show will be sold through academycenter.org and our ticketing system. Please do not use third-party resellers, as we do not contract with them. Should you use a reseller, the Academy Center of the Arts will not be liable for any issues with your purchase.
