In this tutorial we will learn what makes a story and a storyteller effective. From structure, to character development, to the delivery, a strong story can be built with some fundamental ingredients, application, and execution. This workshop is helpful for writers, directors, actors, and even for everyday application.

After signing up, students will receive a Zoom link to participate in the live class.

 

Instructor: Geoffrey Kershner

Geoffrey Kershner is the Executive Director at the Academy Center of the Arts and was the founder of the Endstation Theatre Company. As a theatre professor, Geoffrey served on the faculty at Florida State University, Daytona State College, and the University of Lynchburg. He earned his BFA in Acting from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA and his MFA in Directing from Florida State University’s School of Theatre.
