Taylor Rodriguez, Elvis Presley Tribute Artist, comes to the Warehouse Theatre on Saturday, April 24, 2021, for a limited-capacity concert with distanced seating! Enhanced safety measures and protocols are in place, including contactless digital ticketing, face-covering requirements, and mobile ordering for concessions. 

 

Get ready to take a journey through time, as the Ultimate Elvis Tribute Artist serenades the crowd with classic Elvis tunes from the ’50s, ’60s, and ’70s. This unique show will feature a four-piece band along with replicas of some of Elvis’ most famous jumpsuits.

 

Tickets go on sale beginning Wednesday, March 10, 2021 at 12:00pm for Academy Members. Remaining tickets will be on sale starting Thursday, March 18, 2021, at the venue Box Office or online at academycenter.org.

Warehouse COVID-19 Social Distancing Measures:

 

  • Initial shows will be seated, with tables sold in “Table for Four” configurations only. Only 37 “Tables for Four” will be available each performance at this time
  • Tables will be positioned 6’ apart, with the front row of tables 10’ from the stage
  • Tables will not be permitted to be split into smaller configurations and/or resold. Patrons holding resold tickets will be denied entry and refunds will not be offered
  • All patrons in your “Table for Four” pod must arrive together to be seated. An arrival time is displayed on your PDF ticket, emailed to the primary ticket buyer as an attachment to their order confirmation.
  • No will call available. All ticket-holding patrons must bring print-at-home ticket or show their ticket on their mobile phones for scanning
  • Patrons must wear masks at all times while inside the venue, with exception to eating or drinking when at your purchased table
  • Patrons will be required to remain seated at their purchased table upon entry, unless getting up to leave or use restrooms
  • Concessions will be sold through table side service using our Noble Concessions App; i.e.: no lining up at the bar
  • Venue security will enforce ground rules, which will follow current CDC and State of Virginia guidelines for indoor events

Table for Four: $120.00 plus taxes and fees

 

Tables with seating for groups of up to four (4) guests will be sold for this event. Tables will not be permitted to be split into smaller configurations and/or resold. Patrons holding resold tickets will be denied entry and refunds will not be offered.

Age Requirement

All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket for this performance unless otherwise stated. All ages are welcome.

Camera Policy

Videography and audio recording during the performances are prohibited. Photography of the set on stage is allowed pre-show, post-show, and during intermission. But we do ask that you show our designers and visiting performers some love by crediting them (and by tagging us) in your social media posts.

Content Advisory

The Academy Center of the Arts offers a diverse selection of entertainment. Not all productions may appeal to or be appropriate for every guest or for all ages. Ticket buyers should take responsibility for making informed decisions regarding their purchases. We recommend visiting the official show website of each show you are coming to see at the Academy. Doors Open

Our lobby doors open 60 minutes prior to show time. House doors open 30 minutes prior to show time for seating.

Inclement Weather

All indoor performances scheduled at the Academy Center of the Arts normally take place as planned unless otherwise stated.

Parking

Parking is available on-site and throughout downtown Lynchburg. The parking map above shows all of the free public and paid parking available. In addition, street parking is also available on most streets.

Please note: If attending an event or performance after 5pm or on weekends, Lot 2 (Pacific Life Lot) and Lot 12 (Regional Business Alliance) are free and open to for public use. We suggest utilizing these lots, which are closest to the Academy Center of the Arts and within walking distance.

Ticket Policies

All ticket sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or exchanges for purchased tickets.

Tickets may be purchased in advance or at the door. Our delivery methods are as follows:

Will Call: Tickets will be held at “will call” at the Box Office up to one hour before the show.

Print at Home: This option allows you to print your tickets at home or access them on a mobile device via email.

Regular Mail: For an additional fee, your tickets will be mailed to you ahead of the event.

Box Office Pick Up: You may stop by our Box Office, Monday through Thursday & Saturday from 10:00am – 4:00pm, or Friday   12:00pm – 8:00pm, and have us print your tickets for you.

Tickets held at “will call” that are not picked up by the beginning of the show may be re-sold at the discretion of the Box Office staff.

All tickets for this show will be sold through academycenter.org and our ticketing system. Please do not use third-party resellers, as we do not contract with them. Should you use a reseller, the Academy Center of the Arts will not be liable for any issues with your purchase.

All ticket sales are subject to a Historic Theatre Restoration Fee and credit/debit card processing fees.

CURRENT ACADEMY HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES 9/24/21

At the Academy Center of the Arts, the health and safety of our patrons, staff, performers, and volunteers is our priority. Like you, we are closely monitoring COVID-19 and its current impact on our community, and are following CDC guidelines and recommendations from local authorities and the Virginia Department of Health.


In response to current CDC recommendations, the requests of our performing artists, and to protect our community, everyone entering the Academy Center of the Arts’ facilities for Academy ticketed performances, classes, and gallery activities will be required to wear a face mask as of September 17, 2021.


– Guests must remain masked at all times, however, masks can be removed momentarily only when eating or drinking.

– Masks must fit snugly and cover the wearer’s nose and mouth.

– Masks will be readily available in our lobbies, galleries, and classrooms for patrons in need.
