Instructor: Mariannette Oyola-Perez
In this week-long art camp, instructor Mariannette, who is bilingual in English and Spanish, will teach children to use polymer clay and push their imaginations by designing and sculpting their own animal characters! This easy-to-use clay does not air dry and will harden only when baked. Students will begin by following tiny animal sculpting tutorials, followed by drawing designs for their animals and forming them out of polymer clay. Once the instructor has baked the students’ sculptures, the young artists may paint them and/or transform them into interactive keepsakes such as necklaces or keychains!
