Pivoting while Painting
Are your employees stuck in a rut? Is it time to restrategize your internal goals?
Work with our facilitators to apply the opportunity to pivot while painting. Prior to this workshop, your team will be given a choice of two different paintings to work on as a group.
Hosted in the ACOA art studio, your team will begin to work independently on painting this image with the help of a painting instructor. As the class continues, your business facilitator will combine elements of your team goals and challenges into the act of painting this image. Halfway through this workshop, they will be asked to begin to change their trajectory (or PIVOT) and turn their painting into something entirely different. Some outcomes may be better than the original, some not as much, and some may be hilarious.
Using the completed paintings, our workshop facilitator will discuss the negatives and positives in pivoting mid-painting. What was the overall outcome? How did it make us feel- stressed, anxious, did you just go with the flow? Applying what they learned to real workplace topics could turn this fun little class into a real team strategy session!
BONUS: Your employees will have a work of art to display in their office or desk
