Top Mixologist will help support the Academy Center of the Arts Community Outreach Initiative. The arts can be a means of addressing many of the social issues of our community. Through specific arts programming, The Academy Center of the Arts will provide educational resources and community enrichment through arts initiatives to our underserved population. This arts activity will be multifaceted. Some of the programming will provide educational resources, some will aid in public safety, and it will all improve the quality of life. Our outreach includes a number of programs and offerings including scholarships for those unable to afford Academy classes and camps, arts programming in area public schools, discounted rental fees for area nonprofits, and ticket give-aways to performances. These programs and offerings allow the Academy to be an accessible, inclusive space that truly serves the greater Lynchburg community through arts and culture. Please note when ordering tickets online a convenience fee will be charged per ticket for all online orders. To avoid this fee, please call our Box Office at 434-846-TIXX (8499) or visit our Box Office in person at 609 Commerce Street.
