JUROR
Andrew Norris is an artist and educator living and working in Richmond, VA. He received his BFA from East Tennessee State University and an MFA from the University of Florida along with a Graduate Certificate in Gender, Sexualities, and Women’s Studies. Norris has taught in the Pre-college program, the Art Foundation Program, and in the Painting and Printmaking Department at Virginia Commonwealth University and is currently Assistant Professor and Studio Coordinator at Virginia State University.
