Through the ACOA Performance Partner Program you are allowed the flexibility to design your own concert layout, rehearsal and load-in schedule and use your own team in our versatile concert space.

Standing Room Concerts

Average Concert Performance with Discount:

  • Base rental/ Load-in fee: $1,200
  • Load-in with 1 ACOA production staff = $200
  • If requested, sound engineer: $350
  • If requested, light board operator: $200
  • Performance: (10%) Ticket Fees, plus convenience fees and amusement tax
  • All beverage sales run through ACOA

Save with Performance Discounts in the Historic Theatre

Performance rates are available to organizations that join our ACOA Performance program, or that are resident companies of ACOA. HT base rates are charged per day, and include FOH when necessary. Production is charged at an additional rate based on availability.

Resident Structure:

$1,200 base rate per day

  • Suggested production schedule: 5 hours of consultation prior to load-in (at least 2 production meetings with sound/lighting engineers and stage manager)
  • Load-in day/ production is not charged, only base rate
  • Production charge at cost per hour for the duration of the rental (rates available through contract)

Performance Partner Structure:

$1,500 base rate per day

  • Must complete certification training at a rate of $500 per year
  • Suggested production schedule: 1 hour of consultation prior load-in
  • Load-in day production available/ included in base cost
  • Production charge at cost per hour for the duration of the rental (rates available through contract)
  • 10% ticket sales per performance
