Number of Classes/Day: 4 Wednesdays
End Date: 8/29/2023
Venue: Peggy Burruss Art Studio

Have you ever wanted to bring the characters you draw to life through sculpture? Whether you enjoy anime, cartoons, or video game art styles, this is the sculpting class for you. Bring your characters to life through the art of sculpture! During this four-week course, we will cover:

– The fundamentals of character design

– How to sculpt their original character from start to finish: including sketching, armature, and clay textures

There will be weekly sculpture demonstrations; students will create the characters they will then be sculpting. You will love this camp if you love drawing, painting, trying new media, and creating your own characters!

It is recommended that participants have an intermediate level of drawing experience before taking this course, as students will need to draw full-body poses of the characters they sculpt.
