Magnolia Foods – Nelfa McReynolds – Acrylic Paintings

“I was born in the Philippines and moved to the United States in 1990 to pursue a career of Bachelor Science in Nursing at Liberty University. In 1995 I became a U.S. Citizen. In 1998, I started working at Belk in the Lancome Cosmetic Department as a Business Manager and a Beauty Consultant. In 2013 to 2015, I started working as a Lancome Freelancer and Regional Makeup Artist. I was able to travel to several states. 

Somewhere over the years, I felt I needed to return to my childhood dream of pursuing art. Although I am self taught, I didn’t become a serious painter until 2018. Most of my inspiration comes from being connected by nature through hiking, running, and biking around the Blue Ridge Mountains and all the beautiful scenery in Virginia. My hope is that my works reflects the joy I feel when  I look at the beauty of creation.”

Nelfa McReynolds has shown her artwork at Magnolia Arts Exhibition, the Virginian Hotel, and the National Juried Art Exhibition.
