Juried Exhibitions Opportunies

National Juried Photography Exhibition Submissions

  • Submission Deadline: June 30

  • Notifications & Delivery: July 14 notifications; August 24–28 shipped works; August 28 hand-delivered works

  • Opening & Juror Talk: September 4, 5:00–8:00 pm (Gallery Talk 6:00–6:30 pm)

  • Closing & Returns: September 25 final day; September 28 hand-delivered returns; September 28–October 2 shipped returns

  • Submission Deadline: July 20

  • Notifications & Delivery: August 6 notifications; September 21–25 shipped works; September 25 hand-delivered works 

  • Opening & Juror Talk: October 2, 5:00–8:00 PM (Gallery Talk 6:00–6:30 PM)

  • Closing & Returns: October 30 final day; November 2 hand-delivered returns (10:00 AM–5:00 PM); November 2–6 shipped returns

Our Festival Opportunies

Ink Festival Submissions

  • Submission Deadline: July 15

  • Notifications & Delivery: July 15 notifications

  • Eligibility : Open to artists and vendors (ink-focused work encouraged); applicants must submit 3 images of their work plus booth photos for review

  • Booth Details: $35 for a 10’ x 10’ space; no commission on sales

  • Event Date: August 15, 2026 (Free public event)

Clay Festival Submissions

  • Submission Deadline: August 22

  • Notifications & Delivery: August 29

  • Eligibility : Open to ceramic artists, potters, sculptors, wheel throwers, and hand builders; applicants must submit images of their work and booth setup for review. National Juried Ceramic Exhibition submissions also accepted for consideration.

  • Booth Details: $95 for a 10’ x 10’ space; no commission on sales

  • Event Date: October 10, 2026 (Free public event)

Ongoing Opportunities

Music Hall Artist Submission

  • For musicians interested in playing an event at the Music Hall
  • Artists may also be considered for other opportunities such as First Fridays or local opener slots

Gallery Artist Submission

Visual artists interested in exhibiting in any of the Academy galleries may submit their work for consideration through our online submission form.

The submission process has three parts:

Submissions are reviewed by A’Nyeja Adams, Gallery Curator, and artists will be contacted via the email provided regarding exhibition opportunities.
