Lynchburg VA center for arts, culture, and community building
I have always been attracted to visual abstractions. As a recovering graphic designer l am well versed in the art of controlling the flow of information. This series of paintings is an attempt to exploit the brain’s natural tendency to to look for meaning in all things, even where there is none. It has been said that a picture is worth a thousand words. But a good visual exercise that makes you an active participant in the creative process is priceless. These are alternative realities or visual puzzles that hopefully will bring you back for another look.
