NO POLITICS, NO RELIGION…JUST COMEDY
Join the Academy Center of the Arts for an evening of clean comedy. This will be a night of laughs at a time when it’s needed more than ever. Your headliner for the evening from Cincinnati OH, is Adam Minnick (Dry Bar Comedy, Brad Garrett’s Comedy Club in Las Vegas, Funny Bone Comedy Club, Holland America Cruise Line). A husband, parent to a 4-year-old, and a former teacher…Adam delivers a clean and intelligent act that entertains and engages audiences of all ages. His unique view on life is due to having spent much of his life in Napoleon OH and Perth Australia.
Adam will be joined by two comics who are local favorites. Susan Horne and Dawn Mast.
Susan Horne is known for her relatable stories, big personality, and sharp wit. From being a wife and boy mom to real-life chaos, she turns everyday moments into big laughs without crossing the line.
Dawn Mast is a writer and speaker with Encouragement Café ministries and has written for “Focus on the Family and Rejoice!” magazine. She was diagnosed with and beat cancer in 2020 during the pandemic and is a local favorite of the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. She does stand up because it’s terrifying and possibly less dangerous than jumping out of an airplane.
